Letter from the Director
The Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission is pleased to present a summary of our activities and projects during the 2011 Fiscal Year (July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011). Over the course of the past year we have worked to refocus our efforts on serving the needs of our six member localities. As outlined in our current Strategic Plan, an effort was made to provide more tangible benefits and services to those members.
The navigation bar above provides quick links to the content of the 2011 Annual Report. A drop down menu under Local Efforts will take you to reports on our activities in each of the six member localities this year. The Regional News and Efforts, Financial Information, Sustainability Accords, and Commissioners and Staff tabs will take you to the related TJPDC information.
I would like to encourage you to take a few minutes to explore the 2011 Annual Report and learn about our activities and services for each of the member governments during the past year. We appreciate the opportunity we have to serve our members and look forward to working with you during this next Fiscal Year.
Sincerely,
Steve Williams,
Executive Director
