The Honorable Richard P. “Dickie” Bell
Richard P. “Dickie” Bell, a Republican from Staunton, represents the 20th House District, which includes part of Nelson County. Elected to the House in 2009, Delegate Bell is a member of the Education; Finance; and Health, Welfare and Institutions Committees.

The Honorable Robert B. Bell III
Robert B. Bell, a Republican from Charlottesville, was elected to the 58th House District seat in 2001. He represents Greene County and part of Albemarle and Fluvanna counties. The Honorable C. Matthew Fariss

David J. Toscano, a Democrat from Charlottesville, was elected to the 57th House District in 2005. He represents Charlottesville and part of Albemarle County. Delegate Toscano serves on the Courts of Justice, Science and Technology; and Transportation Committees.
