Directions to Our Convenient Downtown Location

The TJPDC office is just south of the downtown pedestrian mall, at the corner of 4th and Water Streets.

From North: US 29 South to Route 250 bypass East
From South: US 29 North to Route 250 bypass East

Travel along Route 250 bypass to its intersection with McIntire Road
(There is a traffic light at this intersection)

Turn onto McIntire Road (McIntire Road begins at this point)

At third traffic light, turn left onto Water Street

Travel ~6-7 blocks to 4th Street SE

From West: Interstate 64 East to VA 20 North (Monticello Ave) Exit 121
From East: Interstate 64 West to VA 20 North (Monticello Ave) Exit 121

Travel along 20/Monticello Avenue to intersection with 2nd Street
(There is a traffic light at this intersection)

Turn right onto 2nd Street and proceed for 2-3 blocks until 2nd intersects Water Street

Turn right onto Water St. and proceed for 2 blocks to 4th St.

The most convenient parking is in the multi-level Water Street Parking Garage:
Garage entrance is on 2nd St SE, Just off Water Street.

If you are riding the free trolley, or a CTS bus, you should disembark at the Downtown Transit Center located 2 blocks east of our offices on Water Street.
