The MPO Bylaws provide for the Intergovernmental Review Agency (TJPDC) to have a non-voting representative on the MPO Policy Board. This has been a difficult position to fill. Staff recommends that the TJPDC designate Executive Director Harrison Rue to serve as the non-voting member.

The first Thursday of August is the 2^nd. The Commission will determine whether to hold the regular meeting or to substitute a retreat later in August.
