Sarah Eissler will present the Draft Public Participation Presentation, created for the CHART Committee’s public participation program. This presentation is a draft of the presentation that will be given by CHART members and TJPDC staff at various public meetings.

Steve Williams will update the committee on the recent changes to the Route 29 Corridor Study recommendations from VDOT and the Parsons Transportation Group.

Update on the Downtown Trail Project

Sarah Eissler will update the committee on her progress regarding the Downtown Trail Project.

Discussion of Committee Guidelines and Responsibilities for New Members

Linda Seaman and Mac Lafferty will facilitate a discussion on what guidelines and responsibilities are important to the CHART Committee when advertising for potential new members. This discussion will help determine overarching goals for the committee and help establish guidelines for the County, City and MPO when seeking new members.
