ITS Presentation

Homer Coffman and Matt Shiley with VDOT’s Staunton Regional Office will provide the Committee with an update on ITS measures that have recently been implemented in Albemarle County, particularly along the US 29 Corridor.  Staff will provide an update on City of Charlottesville ITS measures as well.

Transit Survey Efforts Update

Both CTS and the MPO have been engaged in conducting surveys of both transit riders and non riders to develop data for a CTS marketing plan and the Regional Assessment Toolkit respectively.  Staff will provide the Committee with an update on both efforts.

UnJAM 2035 MPO-Area Public Outreach Final Steps

During April and May, the MPO will be conducting outreach to populations that have thus far been under-represented at public meetings and through the online survey.  Staff will seek Committee feedback on the best way to approach these special workshops.
