MPO Public Participation Plan Review

The MPO’s Public Participation Plan (PPP) was last updated in May, 2007.  FHWA and FTA require that the PPP be reviewed every two years.  The Committee will review the document and suggest updates to be recommended to the MPO Policy Board.

March 12^th Open House Preparation

Staff will provide CHART with an agenda, list of presentation items and the topics to be covered by Butch Davies at the Open House.  Staff and CHART will review Committee members’ roles as “citizen planners” at the event.
